REFUND POLICY
CORBY offers a 15-day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy for all products, starting from the date of invoice.
- Packaging & Delivery Issues: We ensure secure packaging for all orders. If your order appears tampered with, contact CORBY Customer Support at support@corbybath.com with an unboxing video.
- Delivery Confirmation: If you receive a delivery confirmation (via email/SMS) but haven’t received your order, contact us within 24 hours.
- Return Processing: Returns will be processed within 10 days of your request. For any assistance, reach out to CORBY Customer Support.
- Third-Party Purchases: Returns for CORBY products bought from third-party platforms are subject to the return policy of the respective platform.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, including matte finishes, specific holes, and colored/PVD coatings, are non-returnable.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Post-Delivery: If you no longer want the product, you may opt for a return after delivery.
Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them through your CORBY account.
Post-Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
